The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the subway station (line 2), which makes getting around Shanghai easier. The hotel services are very good, as is the cleanliness, the beds are very comfortable, the room is spacious enough for 4 people and the amenities are modern. In addition, we enjoyed a free city tour offered by the hotel. I recommend it. Special thanks to our guide, Ms. Xiao He, she was really helpful. Also to Mr. Johnson, who helped us with communication in English and with booking the shuttle to the airport, also a free service offered by the hotel.

The location of hotel is perfect, so close to subway station. Not far from hotel there is a place to eat good dumplings and noodle, there is a family mart and another product shop close. The staff is very attentive and pleasant, they always tried to help in very different situations, dont worry about language barrier because the phone translator is enough. Hotel is very good in details: included breakfast and late dinner, you can ask for laundry, everyday cleaning and even the cups for coffee are made so that you wouldnt suffer from hot coffee. We took 2bed room and it was very comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child. if we will come to shanghai one more time i expect to book this hotel again

I stayed here twice on my trip, and for a solo traveller it was a lovely, safe place to stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly which is main reason why I stayed twice. Also , the rooms were very clean, comfortable, great beds, and quiet. For taxi from station, I had the exact address but taxi needed to call to get directions (as address was in english, make sure your address is in Chinese). THERE ARE MANY JL hotels in Shanghai so make sure you don't get dropped at the wrong one! It is 10 mins walk to Wunning Road metro station, so easy to get to all main attractions in the city from the hotel. To get from airport is easy, take Line 2, then one change to Wunning Road station... about 1 and a half - 2 hrs. Finally, there are a few gym items in/near lobby area and a coffee machine there - which had great coffee with creamer! Thank you to staff for a lovely stay;)
