Our stay was amazing, from the moment we checked in till our checkout. The staff was super polite and ready to assist and everyone was speaking very good English. The breakfast was just amazing and included a large variety of both cold and hot choices ( the best scrambled egg I have ever had ). The rooms (even those on the road side like ours) were quite and clean. They included a big smart TV, temperature was very nice (we were staying during Christmas) and the bathroom had enough space. Last but not least, the hotel is located right next to one of the main connection stations so wherever you wanted to go (literally anywhere) , there was a connection. 10/10!!

Everything, as always, is simply perfect! We are staying at Pyramida for the 5th time in the past two years, and every visit brings us so much joy and positive emotions. With each stay, the hotel just keeps getting better. Absolutely everything is top-notch – the attentive, friendly, and responsive staff, the amazing breakfasts, the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel, the comfortable and well-maintained hotel pool, open from 7 AM to 10 PM, and the cozy, stylish restaurant with a great selection of dishes and drinks. Everything is so good that you can fully enjoy it without even leaving the hotel, even if the weather isn’t great. In short – everything is just fantastic, you are the best!

My girlfriend and I received a complimentary room upgrade, which was an immediate sign of the wonderful stay to come. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative throughout our stay. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of options (also a lot od choices for non-pork eaters). We parked in the hotel’s garage, which was spotless and reasonably priced at around €26/day—less than typical rates for such proximity to the city center. The tram into the center was very convenient, taking just 6-7 minutes. We purchased 24-hour tickets directly at the hotel reception. We will absolutely stay at the Hermitage Hotel again when we return to Prague!
