Mira the receptionist on our first night was absolutely superb during the check in process and provided lots of special offers which we appreciated so much. 10 out of 10 for Mira. During our last breakfast, Alena the waitress was superb as well being very attentive telling us about the different breakfast options and again 10 out of 10 for her. And a final say about the room cleaner (sorry can't remember her name but a tall blonde lady) very pleasant and did a great job tidying the room. Again 10 out of 10 for her. The whole stay at the hotel was excellent, great room, quiet, relaxing (loved the drawing area next to reception), great staff, perfect location. Will definitely book again when we visit Prague in the future.
