Staff EXCEPTIONAL. Location : easy to reach, next to the tram and bus stop, quiet and tranquil. Free parking facilities. Czech breakfast, delicious. All the staff amazing.

First, we were greeted by amazing staff. The receptionist was parient (our child was in the middle of a small tantrum) and understanding, explained to us how to get where and welcomed us in a very nice way. Then, I was impressed that there was a coffee/tea machine on the floor. The room was big enough for a family of three and luggage, clean and comfortable. The three of us enjoyed some time at the window too. The breakfast had good diversity and even during the bussiest time, there was no food shortage. Another big plus for me, was the fresh coffee made on the spot for you by a barista. We found our stay great overall

Staff was unobtrusive, but always ready to help. Good breakfast with a decent selection, ranging from cereals and fruit over bread with sausage/cheese/jams to one style of eggs (varying by the day)and to good croissants.

Occidental Praha is located on the Na Strži near Prague's biggest shopping malls, only 15 minutes by metro from the Old Town and 5 minutes from popular sport and leisure area Zlute Lazne.

If I could give it 11, I would. Comfortable, romantic, super friendly staff.breakfaat abundant. Has free parking. Plenty lof lttle perks and gifrs (green apples as it was Green Thursday), small chockolate, etc.
