The location is perfect to surf the old town. The front line staff (Aseem) and support (Ahmed) showed genuine warmth for any help needed. Good support from hotel to help us with our car parking. Europe is getting warm and the hotel was quick to assist with that too. A good stay overall.

Location is just walking distance to Charles Bridge and Prague Castle and major bus/tram stop . Staff are all very accommodating helpful and cheerful. . Bfast staff (Romana) is extra friendly. She greets every table with Bon Appetit and Good morning. It surely made our every morning very bright and positive. Keep up the good work!
