I had an excellent stay at the Hotel Hermitage Prague. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade, which made the experience even more special. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, making it perfect for relaxation. It’s also incredibly clean, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast as well ! a great selection and quality! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Louis Leger hotel! Upon arrival a bottle of sparkling wine and two desserts for the kids were waiting for us. The new year's eve we also had a bottle of wine! The room was very clean and Mrs Olga was taking care of us by changing the towels every day. At the breakfast there was a great variety of salty and sweet preparations. At the reception Roman was every time prompt to answer our questions and the two more girls (i'm sorry i don't get their names) very smiley and helpful. At the reception there was also a small gift for the kids which is something very thoughtful. The day of our check out we were given a magnet and a mug as an appreciation of our stay, something which never happened again in any hotel i've ever stay. Thank you! If we ever come to Prague again we won't hesitate to book at this hotel!

The location is mot central, but the city centre is in walking distance, about 15 min. A small grocery shop is three min away, good enough for traveller. Room is spacious. Aircon is ok. Internet is ok.

One of the best experiences staying at this hotel. The location was great, a room was clean and comfy!:) Welcoming by Eliza was wonderful! She explained everything in great detail, gave info about the city, places to visit, explained the map and the communication was really great! She is really very friendly, polite, helpful, smart, charming and caring- all the best about her! Aidana was great as well! Always asking if everything was ok or if we needed any help. A really helpful, professional and attentive girl! We are going to come to this hotel and recommend to our friends since the location and the room were great as well as wonderful ladies at the reception! :)
