Great location. Good and clean hotel. Perfect staff especially guys in the reception desc. We asked staff a favour to leave a luggage for 2 nights after the check out as we decided to come back in two days. We agreed on that without any payment. This was extremely helpful as to have 2 heavy bags when you travel by train only for two days is not easy at all. They made our plans real and motivated us to come back to this hotel. I may recommend this hotel as a very good one

This hotel absolutely exceed my expectations! The neighborhood was beautiful -- tree-lined streets, lots of shops and restaurants, and convenient to public transportation. The room was beautiful -- brimming with old-world charm -- and the 'business center' upgrade had TWO bathrooms (never seen that before in a hotel room), with the best shower I've ever had in a hotel! The breakfast was sumptuous, with pretty much every breakfast food you could think of. And the staff was top-notch -- especially Knute, the afternoon/night front desk person. He was exceptionally personable, funny and helpful. He recommended really good restaurants nearby, offered 'tips and tricks' for what to see and how to get around, and told us multiple stories about the city and what life was like growing up there. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very quiet rooms. Comfy beds with very soft bed linen. 10 minutes walk from Checkpoint Charlie. 2 minutes from metro station. Parking slots are big and the renovation is ongoing (23 euro/day). We loved the rooms, we will definitely come back!

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we...

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we visited. Great markets, lighting, an ice rink and Santa flying across the sky. There are some great places to eat there and metro station right there. There's also a mall nearby (Alexa)

The hotel is brilliantly located in central Berlin near Alexanderplatz and served so well by trams, U and S Bahn, and trains from the airport. We arrived after 1am after a late flight and the check in at the hotel was excellent with a 24hr front desk. Our room was spacious with a shower. Breakfast was continental in style and generous - perfect for what we needed to set us up for a day of exploring. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just the perfect base to explore the city and such very good value for money too!

Great location, close to 2 u-bahn stations, tram and bus stops. 10 mins walk to Alexanderplatz. Nice big apartment which was well equipped and there is view of the TV Tower from the apartment.

A&O are budget hotels, they also have hostel beds, we had a room with 6 beds. The hotel is very large with several buildings in a courtyard, a bit unpersonal, but good for groups. Location was good, a short walk from the Ostkreuz train station, and from there it was easy to get to the airport or the city center with frequent trains to Alexanderplatz or Hbf. Lots of restaurants in the area in different price classes. Two large supermarkets just around the corner.

The apartment was overall great. Easy to get to and access. What we loved was the location, in a really cute part of town. Heaps of cafes, resturants and things to see. Especially for famililes. Easy to access Alexanderplatz and the city. The beds were comfy and it was quiet.

Social Hub Berlin is in a very central location, short walking distance to S Bahn and U Bahn stations, very close to the shopping areas in Alexanderplatz and cultural areas like Nikolaviertel - Museum Island. The hotel is very clean, has a beautiful gym and convenient services like laundry. Place has month long cultural-social activities you can attend, a beautiful cafe-bar with excellent cocktails and 24 h service of bottled drinks. Rooms are super clean, comfortable and silent. The staff is excellent.

It's a very cosy hotel with a personal touch. All staff have been really nice and helpful. Location is nice to explore Prenzlauer Berg and some 10 minutes by tram from Alexanderplatz. The hotel is located in a rear building and therefore very quiet. Breakfast is served on the table and was really nice, tasty and varied.

It was my second time staying in this hotel, and I will definetly come back again! The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a big selection of breakfast and great service. I really like the location of the hotel, close to Alexanderplatz and good places for shopping. I can definetly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to have a nice stay in Berlin :-)

A decent 4-star hotel — clean, simple, nothing fancy but everything done right 👍 Located about 2 km from Alexanderplatz, with a nice park nearby for morning runs 🌳🏃‍♂️ There’s a small shop downstairs (prices like at the airport 😅), and the bar opens only at 4 PM — marathon runners would appreciate an earlier beer 🍺 Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Pharmacy and supermarkets are close by, though the area isn’t central. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice for a short stay in Berlin.
