This hotel just screams high end with really high quality furnishings, luxury bathrooms and room amenities. The bar and lobby are super nice. I appreciated that the rooms were not cramped and there was parking on site. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The rate for the rooms are reasonable in comparison to the other hotels in the area without compromise of comfort! Its close to all that Hamburg has to see. Its in a quiet nook but still in the center of everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Hamburg

Beautiful building with history. The room felt spacious because of the ceiling high. The staff were all welcoming and very professional. One the staff (Tamara) heard we were celebrating 18 years as a couple, and made a small gesture as a surprise in our room. This small gesture is what’s separating excellent service from good service.

The Atlantic Hotel in Hamburg is a great choice. Wonderful location in front of the lake but also walking distance from the central train station. Rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. What made the difference was the young staff: high customer orientation and always willing to help and find solutions to our requests.
