Very nice location, easily accessible to the center through using the train. There was a lovely Italian restaurant right next to the hotel which you could have accessed from the inside as well.

The hotel has everything I need for an affordable price. Nice interior design and good facility. In my room was very quiet and the bed is comfortable. I had very good sleeps. The hotel is located directly in front of the sbahn station Fasangarten, however i never heard any noise from the train. Downstairs of the hotel there is a huge supermarket, and a bakery with variety of pastry. I was happy with the hotel so I extended 2 more days here.
