Fantastic location for accessing all modes of transport and the medieval centre. Beautiful building, nice views from room towards the city wall and artisan's quarter. Staff are all lovely. Price was excellent value. Breakfast extensive, offered eggs and bacon but presented in a very different (compared to an English fry up!) way. I recommend you try it for yourself.

The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the shower was large. I especially appreciated the staff. The front deck was very helpful in locating my lost items and mailing them to my next hotel. I also enjoyed the superb service at breakfast.

Staff went above and beyond. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had a room on the top floor and it was a bit small (think attic), especially the bathroom, but room full of extra amenities (welcome sign and cookies, robe and slippers ) and they did a turn down service and left chocolate on my pillow ❤️. Bed was very comfortable and the room was decorated uniquely. Great breakfast buffet and great location. I will definitely book here again!
