I went to Berlin for a conference at the Freie Universitaet and wanted to stay somewhere quiet and not too far away from the conference venue. Villa Kult was absolutely perfect! Stayed for a week and would strongly recommend. Anno 1908 has spacious rooms and facilities are modern, tidy and staff very helpful. Location was perfect for me, close to the train station and plenty of bars and food places near by. Very new and clean room and bathroom.

Property is on very good location near public transport, near central streets. The street was calm and clean with many plants and flowers on it. Breakfast area was very pleasant, glass biulding with plants and flowers surrounded. On the table there was flowers too every morning.
