This is the most amazing hotel and the most attentive and well managed staff I have ever had the privilege of staying at and being served by. My daughter joined us for breakfast and I had just mentioned in passing that it was her birthday. Without any arranging by me, they brought her a birthday surprise at breakfast.

Excellent hotel! The room is very clean, with modern renovation and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary toiletries for a shower. The location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk to Heidelberg University and the historic city center. A great choice for a comfortable stay!

Peter met us at arrival & departure. Gave many helpful advices and took care of us during stay. Spacious and simple- all worked effectively. Amazing breakfast, using local produce. Peter, Saskia and their daughter are great team at breakfast. Cleaning staff are so friendly and efficient, cleaned promptly each day. The hotel is next to Heidelberg University, we enjoyed visiting the main building -full of ancient exhibitions.

The location was great, the apartment was quaint and nice, very clean and with amenities. The landlady is lovely, and it is very important for her that your stay is nice. The area is exceptionally quiet, and it is around 4 minutes walk to public transport, and 10 minutes to Heidelberg University. I highly recommend staying there.
