The staff were very professional but friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for access to the Old Town, shopping and Castle, it’s a one minute walk to the tram that takes two minutes to drop you off in the heart of it all. They quietest hotel we’ve stayed in on our tour of Germany. Room was comfortable, clean, complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Because we opted out of having room service we were given three vouchers to use on drinks at the bar. The window seat is a real asset to the room and has a lovely view. Everything was clean and modern. The decor was very nice with panoramic scenes of Heidelberg in glass that up at night by LED lighting, Given a free coffee at checkout. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

The location is magnificent, breakfast is diverse and tasty, room is spacious and clean and the Disaronno Sour absolutely delicious!

These suites and apartments provide a beautiful place to stay in Heidelberg. They are located on the River Neckar, next to the Old Bridge and a short walk from all attractions.

Beautifully fitted out and decorated common area and rooms. The suite I booked turned out to be bigger than I expected, and more importantly is very cozy and comfortable, especially the bed. The suite also has balcony with a stunning view of the river and Hiedelberg's old town from across the river. It even has a gym and an outdoor jacuzzi with lovely views located at the higher elevation of the hotel backyard. Because the property is located across the river from the old town, generally it is quieter as it is away from the hustle & bustle of the tourists. Nevertheless, it is only 5 minutes away on foot from the main bridge that gets you to the old town. The staff are genuinely friendly & informative - Luca is very efficient & accommodative, while Sofie is always welcoming. They kindly arranged for a pick-up from another small village I was at prior to the stay and the arrangement was hassle-free.

Lovely B&B Type Hotel, run by a friendly owner. Located in very quiet neighboorhood, but close enough to the center. Breakfast was an additional fee (10 Euro / Person) but well worth it. Served high quality ham, cheeze, fruits, etc. as self-service. And... The owner cooks egg, fresh-squeezed orange juice, coffee by your request. Not recommended for party lovers, but if you like to enjoy the quiet lovely "moment" during your stay, HIGHLY recommended! Would love to return to this hotel!
