Absolute gem in the middle of Heidelberg. Staff is attentive, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Comfortable room w all amenities including air conditioning. Public spaces are beautifully furnished. Puppy dog was welcomed and spoiled. Parking for our SUV was easy. Quick walk to pedestrian zone, boat trips, and public transport. Would have loved to be able to stream shows on TV but that’s a tiny thing. Would return to Heidelberg just for this hotel.

Close to the Christmas markets and shopping if you wanted. Very clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was great!

It’s unique and special . It was in the perfect location adjacent to Old Town. Breakfast was lovely . The owner went above and beyond with added services that made our trip memorable.
