The team at NH Collection is the definition of A Class customer service. I had the best experience from booking to, checking in, to checking out. I enjoyed the meals at the in house restaurant. Excellent location overlooking colourful n beautiful Nyhavn. The view is stunning! The staffs are so friendly n helpful too. Love the lobby for guests to relax n have a cuppa! Great choice . The family rooms are clean n spacious. Will definitely come back to hotel Bethel in future.
