It's our 2nd time at this wonderful hotel and we had an amazing stay again - Pablo on reception was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make our stay perfect!! He got us the room requested overlooking the pool, he was very helpful and attentive to the customer needs. He deserves so much praise for his work, great representative for the hotel and your company. Our room was perfection, the housekeeping staff were amazing. The pool and grounds were beautiful... loved everything about our stay. The hotel is located in a fantastic area, very safe to walk around and close to a lovely shopping area. Always enjoy our time at Plaza San Juan. Can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel - thank you to Pablo and all the amazing staff for making our stay so great :))

we stayed one night to be near the airport this place was perfect for that. the location is very close to PUJ. super clean and luxurious. the towels were soft and fluffy, nice bathroom the high water pressure was a treat after 2 weeks in DR.
