Simply - fantastic. They have everything you need for holiday hotel: comfy room with good air conditioning, tasty breakfast, sandy beach and sea. Plus, it is near tourist centre with lots of restaurants and shops. Special thanks to Amira for helping with any minor issues we had. And to lounge staff for fullfiling any of our breakfast wish.

I would like to express my total satisfaction of the great days I spent in your luxurious hotel Everything was wonderful, location, safety, cleanses and most importantly the welcoming staff all over our accommodation Special thanks to the reception guy Mohamed Salah, really more than perfect, he even didn't wait for us to ask, he was always in perception of any kind of nice gestures during our stay, really I have been to plenty of hotels either inside or outside of Egypt but he was the one more recognizable for his dedication Also as mentioned all staff were very kind but l'll also name 3 other staff: Walid Abelazim in the Italian restaurant Mohamed Fathy also in the restaurant and the pool Fahd Adel at the restaurant Thanks to you and all your team our stay was extraordinary

‏My visit to the "Jewel" hotel was an incredible experience! The warm atmosphere and attention to detail were wonderful. The reception by Anas and Kareem was inviting, and they were always available with a smile. Their positive energy, along with the hotel staff's, created a personal and unforgettable experience. The dining pleasure was also thanks to Amr, the manager, who ensured tasty meals served beautifully. There are areas for improvement, such as the absence of alcohol and weak Wi-Fi. The stay was fantastic, and the "Jewel" hotel offers it all: the beach, tranquility, and the city center. Many thanks to Anas, Kareem, and Amr

Everything from the first day to the last at the hotel was wonderful. The food was very diverse, offering dishes that closely resembled Turkish flavors. The heated pool is perfect for families with children. The staff at the pool, lobby bar, and restaurant do their best to provide excellent service. They genuinely strive to ensure you leave happy. We would especially like to thank Ahmed Mahdy at the reception for his attention and care throughout our stay. With our large family of six, we had an amazing vacation. We will definitely come back again :)

My stay in this hotel was a really amazing experience . Excellent for visitors In an area popular with tourists, Fantastic location, all staffs were very good and friendly my special thanks to Karim and Sherif . I really recommend this place for all. Everything was perfect.

Lovely staff who work very hard in most areas of the hotel. Grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We had a deluxe room which was cozy, bed was comfy and room was massive. Fully assessible for wheelchairs and very close to airport about 12 minutes and to Naama bay and Soho square. Taxi man at the front is also very friendly as are his drivers.

Breakfast was good and we had the option to go to the neighbouring Naama Bay hotels for a larger spread of food. Staff were really helpful and Aamira was great with helping us get around or get amenities for the room.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made me feel completely at home.The location is 700 mt to central of Naama Bay , you can walk easly.What truly made my stay unforgettable was the friendliness and helpfulness of the team.I would definitely love to come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay. A special thank you the reception manager Mohamed, who kindly helped us with our first day Taha and Ahmet from the restaurant 🙏

Everything you expect from quality 4* hotel. Friendly bartender, quick reception, tasty food, three pools, great hotel layout, inexpensive prices. You can see hotel is italian oriented, by food choices and spoken language. Two sand beaches at Naama Bay, one walkable 5 min Gavi beach, second 5 min driveable by hotel bus near Kalimera Sharm.

Nice self contained apartment. Has all the facilities and a handy mini supermarket nearby for essentials. Great quiet location. Shared pool but virtually private as not heavily used. Balcony lovely for sunsets. 10-15mins walk to Naama Bay beach. Amr the owner very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Amazing location, friendly helpful staff, amazing spa in the hotel, great excursions to book from the hotel like desert safari trip, RAS Mohammed sea trip with snorkelling/scuba diving. Free shuttle bus every evening to Naama bay. 2 huge pools and entertainment was 10/10. I would 100% book this again.

Jewel Hotel is located in the beautiful Naama Bay, on the beach. My room had a stunning view over the blue water in the daytime and over at the lights of the city on the night time. Friendly and helpful staff, modern rooms and bathrooms, room service, and outside food during the whole day, till 2 am. A mention for the people who like a glass of wine for dinner: they don't serve alcohol, but it is allowed to bring your own one. Thank you to everyone there, for your kindness, and for treating me so well!
