The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!

We came at 8 am 14/11 and as of rules the check in must be at 2 pm But thx for receptionist to make for us check earlier it was really nice, thanks for Kero! The guests relation Anna was amazing with support. Anything what I needed I messaged her via WhatsApp and request done in few minutes. Thx for barmen Walid of VIP lounge, he’s professional and also would like to tank the waiter in the VIP restaurant on the beach, I forgot his name but he’s really amazing and his vibe so good The all staff starting from security and ending by HK - GOOD. It was great experience!

Great location (just 20 min from the airport), super nice and friendly staff, especially Sumo and Olga from entertainment team, spacious and very clean rooms, great breakfast offer, delicious Lebanese restaurant, very clean green territory. All in all the stay overcame my expectations, I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have quite time with family and couple.
