⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh, and I must say it was an outstanding experience that exceeded all my expectations. I want to give special recognition to Mr. Moutz Abdelgani, who truly was our “memory designer” throughout our stay. He expertly managed our booking from start to finish and provided the exceptional level of service we’ve come to expect from this establishment. What made this visit particularly special was that Mr. Abdelgani went above and beyond our expectations, delivering service that surpassed even our previous wonderful experiences. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for ensuring our comfort made our stay truly memorable. It’s rare to find someone who not only meets but exceeds the high standards we’ve experienced before. The combination of the beautiful resort facilities and Mr. Abdelgani’s outstanding service made this trip unforgettable. Excellent hotel. We had a rest together with my wife. We liked everything very much, namely: 2 swimming pools on the territory, the beach, the food. The hospitable owner Hamid, who explained to us everything we wanted. I would also like to note the fast internet, because not every hotel has it.
