Amazing Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! I recently spent a week at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured that our check-in was smooth and efficient. They were always smiling, professional, and attentive to all our needs. A special thanks to Ash from guest support, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was assisting with our room requests, giving us tips on the best activities, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly, Ash truly made our holiday exceptional. The resort itself is breathtaking, with beautiful views, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service throughout. Every detail was well thought out, from the pristine cleanliness of the rooms to the variety of dining options available. I stayed at Domina many times, in different kind of accommodations. So, far, this was the best accommodation I stayed at. Elisir has a whole different vibe form the 'marine theme' that Domina has. When you enter the reception, you feel like you stepped into a SouthEastern Asian country: serene atmosphere, dark wood, Buddha statues. The room I stayed at had beautiful huge and comfortable four poster beds, walk in closet and fantastic bathroom. All the amenities where there, very clean. Just super. Included with the room, was the entrance to the spa which I thought I was not interested in. Well, I was wrong: I tried it and I enjoyed it immensely. On the day of the check out, I had a late flight and they kindly let me keep the room until my departure. The transfer from and to the airport was impeccable. Communication with the property before and during my stay was incredibly fast. When I had a 'problem' with the wifi, it was solved in no time. Big thank you to Hamid and looking forward to go back (hopefully soon).

the hotel really exceeded the expectations. We decided to go here based on the amazing reviews on Tripadvisor and after the stay we can confirm that the reviews are true. Really amazing hotel with ton of activities, staff was a real surprise - everybody was friendly and helpful, without needing to tip them. The hotel was over-facilitated - 3 pool bars and 0 waiting time, when you come the bartender really attends to you, we haven't expected that. The same in the other facilities. Great value for money. Recommend the hotel to everyone - 10/10.
