I want to give special recognition to Mr. Moutz Abdelgani, who truly was our “memory designer” throughout our stay. He expertly managed our booking from start to finish and provided the exceptional level of service we’ve come to expect from this establishment. What made this visit particularly special was that Mr. Abdelgani went above and beyond our expectations, delivering service that surpassed even our previous wonderful experiences. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process seamless. The lobby was elegantly designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and minibar, made the stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was pristine, featuring a walk-in shower with high-quality toiletries. The hotel’s restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience. I had dinner there one evening, and the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The hotel is amazing, very cosy, feels like at home, the restaurant offers every day a new delicious meal. The staff are friendly and really thoughtful. I highly recommend staying in the Sierra hotel.

It is now the third time I visit the lovely Royal Savoy in Sharm El Sheikh and I am sure I will be back many more times. The Team, every one of these nice people, simply know how to make a stay of their guests enjoyable, relaxing and hassle-free. Whatever you need here, you will get it. My special thanks go to Romany, a super hospitable staff member at the beach. He was always very attentive and warmed up my days with his sincere smile and a nice chat.
