The facilites and staff were exceptional. They were so helpful. We stayed with our dog and the dog bed and welcome kit was great. Honestly I was so impressed.

The staff were wonderful, helpful and efficient, the shuttle service is brilliant and the hotel very willing to accommodate arrival and transport if feasible. The room was super comfortable with an exceptional bathroom, and appears just as it does in the photographs. Breakfast was a banquet! A really great stay and I would recommend this to anybody who wants an easy stay close to the airport.

Excellent hotel. In all senses We stayed there to take a very early plane and it was a much better hotel than others in downtown Excellent beds also which is not a very often quality you can find in hotels even 4-5 stars.

Wonderful hotel near the airport 7 minutes by taxi. The staff is very friendly, they allowed us to check in early, I am very grateful for this, as I was on the road for two days and really wanted to sleep. There is a restaurant, the food is very tasty. There is a supermarket nearby, 10 minutes on foot, and cafes. I recommend!!!

Great location if you need to catch a flight out of Madrid. The room was great - everything that you could want. I appreciated the heating behind the mirror so it doesn't fog up after a shower. Overall a great experience.
