Fantastic! Super helpful, accomodating and polite staff. Bed was super comfy and room was clean. I loved the bar downstairs. Very nice vibe and excellent coffee. Didn't try the breakfast but it did look very good.

Do you know those trips where the accommodation is so incredible that it makes you want to revisit the city? This is one of them. The location is unbeatable, right in front of Mercado Central. The surrounding area is perfect for exploring the city center on foot—beautiful, vibrant, and surprisingly peaceful. It's also just a 2-minute walk to several supermarkets and surrounded by fantastic boutique restaurants offering authentic and affordable meals. We've stayed here multiple times, in different rooms, and each visit has been exceptional. The rooms are modern, newly furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the kitchens are impressively well-equipped for those who prefer cooking. The staff deserves special mention—they are consistently amazing. Always helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind, they truly enhance the experience. The spa, though compact for a city-center location, is well-maintained and feels brand new. The massages are a must-try and were a highlight of our trip. This place is 100% recommended, whether you're traveling with kids or without. We will undoubtedly return. I loved the classic appearance and elegance of the hotel. The staff were efficient knowledgable and courteous. The classical ambience of the hotel was outstanding. It’s location in the centre of the Old Town of Valencia is first class and all the classical sights are a short walk away.

The staff was very kind. Fanny, the receptionist that received us and checked us in, was very friendly, available, and smiling which is an important thing.

Location is excellent, right next to the plaza, with lots of great restaurants close by. We visited on new year's and the hotel shared with us the holiday traditions. The staff was very helpful and very available, even on these holidays. The room was equipped with al the necessaries for a trip (slippers, dental, dryer, iron).
