Location is great at the end of the pine walk. Staff is very serviceminded and always positive and smiling. 2 years in a row and have booked for next year and again we extend the number of days in this great hotel

Everything was fabulous = staff /location/ breakfast except for overcharge by booking ,com and poor response to query - ruined a very special event for us ? I would respectfully ask booking .com to issue 3*40 = 120 credit to my booking .com account . Details are all on the booking as you were contacted repeatedly at the time. The real crux of the matter is that your system could not handle the triple room booking so when it had to be changed by 1 day you treated it as a new booking rather than a change to an origial booking --

Excellent location, beautiful views across the bay and harbour, overlooking the Pine walk, which is very easy to access. Quiet and away from traffic noise, and within easy walking distance along the Pine walk to various eating locations. The apartment was roomy, three bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms were ideal fro my sister in law and myself. Good sized kitchen, well equipped.
