Amazing staff who treated us with free drinks complimentary! Also they gave us a special treat as their “vip guests” to take a free boat trip around the city but unfortunately it was during the time of our leave, but we appreciated the initiative :)

Absolutely everything, as soon as you arrive the amazing gentlemen helping with your bags, to the doormen, and look at this monument of a building it’s sensational inside and out. Staff everywhere were fantastic, so helpful and nothing was a problem, we thoroughly loved our stay here definitely will be coming back, it’s sensational best hotel on earth.
