Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are huge, very spacious and extremely clean. The location is fantastic: the metro, train and Pirámides station are literally right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around Madrid very easy. Gran Vía is only about a 20-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and professional, which made the whole experience even better.
