All good. The personnel was friendly; the room was big and had a bathtub. There's a pool, sauna, and hammam. The food in the restaurant is delicious. That's a good place to stay in!

It’s very stylish boutique hotel, it has new furniture, big bathroom, big mirrors and super confortable bed. Also was nice to have a speakers in bedroom. Very friendly staff with eyes for details. We were having our anniversary and have the possibility to try the spa and we must recommend this for couples. There is a rooftop that allows sunsets with view over Valencia with a nice Aperol in the hands. In general a very nice experience.

Absolutely gorgeous beach…quite busy even for a weekday...

Absolutely gorgeous beach…quite busy even for a weekday though…but quite a good place to spend few hours with the family…kids can be safe as not so deep. Quite a few options to eat around. Good water sports options if one is interested. Very near city center…5km drive or cab. Parking is free so don't get touted to pay for it.

Jorge took great care of us when we arrived. He used a map to explain where the different places of interest were and where to find nearby transportation. The duplex apartment is really comfortable, spacious, and very bright, nicely decorated. It has automated blinds all over, and had all the kitchen utensils we needed to prepare the food we brought from home. Wifi worked well on both floors. Excellent location, just a few minutes from Malvarrosa beach boulevard, and with many small food shops and a pharmacy nearby.

Nice place to stay. The apartment was small but very well organized, so it didn’t feel cramped. Everything was clean, in a new building with all new facilities. Direct subway to the airport and convenient tram connections (no. 8 to Las Arenas beach, 3 stops, or no. 6 to Malvarrosa beach, with disabled access). Nice places to eat nearby (Malafama), excellent transport links to the main attractions in the city, and a Mercadona supermarket just 160 m away. The subway restarted direct service to airport (from Sept. 1st 2025)

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is excellent – right in the city center, with restaurants, shops, metro and bus stops all around. From here we could easily reach Bioparc, Malvarrosa beach, the City of Arts and Sciences, and all the main attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again on a future visit.
