Location was amazing, next to the port and the bars and restaurant (city center), staff was very kind and helping, we were upgraded to a suite which was super nice!

The staff was so helpful. Special thanks to OSCAR, Ana and Davide who were so patiently making suggestions and reservations for me. The breakfast was superb, Juan the chef makes the best eggs Benedict and Ditra and her sister always assist with a smile. The location is so perfect—so near the best bars and restaurants but in a peaceful plaza. Everything was walkable. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay in San Sebastian. Location in the heart of downtown, only a 10mins walk from beach, shopping streets, or old town. Our breakfast was also very good. The view from the rooftop is spectacular.
