Modern, generous rooms. Great wardrobe space. Well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Air conditioning and heating worked perfectly. Quiet rooms, seemed to have excellent soundproofing. Easy access to several transport options. Hop on hop off bus stop just over the road. Main shopping street adjacent, lots of restaurants and attractions nearby.

Jorge is such a great help! He went the extra mile to tell us about the areas we can cover near the hotel. He is also very quick to help when we have queries or need to book transport to the airport. The hotel is clean and centrally located to everything!

Very convenient location - Noviciado metro just across the road, walking distance to Puerto del Sol. Best pillows I have ever slept on - just the right size, shape and softness. There were hangers for coats. Friendly reception. When we arrived there was an issue with the curtain rail which had already been flagged by the cleaners, and someone came to fix it within minutes of us moving in. Nice restaurant and bar with outside terrace. Good range at buffet breakfast. Also rooftop pool though we did not get a chance to make use of it.
