We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Everything was clean and tidy. They serve great breakfast, so I recommend taking it. Don't see any point to go elsewhere to grab the breakfast. The best option to get to the city is the E1 bus, in my opinion, it's closer and drives fast. Just stop at the Atocha - Prado stop. The neighbourhood is also quiet.

We stayed in our honeymoon. The team was so kind and helpful from the very first moment. They upgraded our room because of our honeymoon and sent a dessert and drink to us 🌸. The location is perfect, in the middle of Plaza Mayor. You can walk everywhere in the center. Also, buses and metro also really close. The room was very comfortable. Perfect short stay. Hotel location was superb, beautiful decor, comfy rooms and very good service. We had a slight problem with our room key and it was efficient resolved very quickly.
