The staff were incredible. I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Impecable hotel!! Exceeded my expectations. Super clean, great location and friendly staff. The food is a bonus since they have an incredible restaurant and great breakfast. Moreover they have bikes for free so that you can take a tour on the city. Really worth it!

The room on 5th floor. The view, the roof garden even with the swimming pool closed has spectacular view. The breakfast was fabulous. Their cheesecake/ tarta del queso is better than most of the restaurants that I tried. I will be back.😎
