Pools, cleanliness of facilities. The ability to use facilities in both hotels (Hills and Palms 100m nearby). Some staff are amazing (Russian speaking waitress in Palms restaurant was amazing in Hills they are all whatever except young guy working in evening) Pool guys was very nice and helpful in both hotels. Family room is very spacious! Bed is very comfortable! We also loved size of towels and huge bathroom.

Clean rooms, good beds and pilles, Nice bathroom and waterpressure. Staff very friendly, breakfast was great, free coffee and water 24/7. located in benidorm center.

The location was fantastic. The hotel is stunning, in particular the roof top bar. The staff were all lovely to deal with.

Set overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, in Benidorm town centre, the Gastrohotel RH Canfali provides magnificent views of the beach, and the bay area. It is set near bars, restaurants and night life.
