New building very close to Rouen rugby stadium. Position far from town historical center, 20/30 min by walk, but easy for parking and to reach highway. Very good breakfast.

We had a family room, it was clean and cosy, a little bit small for 4 persons, but we were there just one night so not a big deal. Great parking in the hotels garage for 10 euros! We didn’t buy their breakfast because we wanted to try a bakery in the city.

Nice room with kitchenette. Clean and very central. The best aircondition I have tried. And there is parking under the hotel so you can take the elevator directly from your car and to and from your hotel floor. Very convenient.
