The staff was very kind and supportive, the family room awesome (the kids LOOOOOOVed the bunkbed), the room was spacious and really well decorated. Beds super comfortable. The foodcourt is also really fun but it is also very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops, so plenty of options.

Really, really nice location and the view to the big square is amazing day and night. The room was very comfortable and stylish. Attention is paid to every detail. Breakfast was fantastic. Food choice is not so large but it was very good quality and really delicious. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Kanaï hotel is a wonderful little gem in the city centre. It's really close to everything. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. You really need to try the breakfast. And the bed is one of the most comfortable we ever had. Thank you team kanaï. We will be back.
