The location was great for easily getting around the city. The customer service from all the staff was top notch, extremely helpful. The breakfast every morning was very good as well!

Clean, comfortable, in a trendy area and walking distance to lots of restaurants bars and shopping. But the most surprising thing about the hotel is the staff. They’re amazing!!!! So warm, friendly, knowledgeable, kind and professional. An absolute asset to the place. Thank you all for all of your help, guidance and support. Even when we had to re check in after checking out (all trains back to London had been cancelled), you took the stress out of it and made it seamless for us. Merci beaucoup xxx
