It was so comfortable, clean, safe, and quite hotel. The staff were so friendly, and I would like to give a special thanks and gratitude to the receptionist Katerina, she was so exceptional, very cooperative, and very kind, also the rest of staff many thanks to them they were so nice and kind. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London to stay in it.

The Londoner is having superb location, theaters on every corner, Leicester square is live every evening. I experienced probably the best check in ever, and amazing service in champagne bar...thank you, thank you. I´ll be back for sure.

The location, facilities and cleanliness are all perfect. The friendliness and personality of the staff made our vacation the best. Thanks to the staff, we had a super comfotable experience. After checking out, the staff asked us, "Are you still going out until your flight? Shall I keep your luggage?" After coming back to hotel, they asked us, "Do you want to use the bathroom?" I was impressed that everything was perfect. We found the best accommodation in London.
