A Quality hotel overall with an appealing and welcoming restaurant and bar. Professional staff. The sea view bedrooms are comfortable, of a high standard with attention to detail and cleanliness. The presentation and edibility of the requested cooked breakfast order to my room was fantastic with the sea view in the morning. It's a pleasure to stay at this hotel. I appreciate the efforts of all the hidden staff that the guests don't see!

The place was fantastic, with an amazing sea view. The room was very large, with a beautiful bow window and even a leather couch positioned in front of it. The bed was huge. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful — they gave great recommendations for places to eat and were genuinely welcoming throughout the stay.

I tend to walk from the station to Beachy Head and carry on walking till I reach Birling Gap (non-stop). I am not young and I take my time. I am getting better and better each year at walking up hill, from the bottom of the first hill of the 7 sisters (where there is a cafe). It is a reminder to cut down on sweets during the year. I know that I shall have to climb that first hill.

We stayed as a group of three ladies for the Beachy Head marathon weekend. Property was perfect location for start/finish. Beds were comfy, room nice and warm , plenty hot water for shower. We were able to pay a little extra for a late checkout which meant we could leave all our stuff and freshen up after the race. Free tea/coffee and milk etc- although we didn’t use them there was a washing machine and cooker in the apartment

The location was ideal for us, the beach was just a short walk away, with a lovely promenade and a good selection of places to eat out. Local supermarkets were less than five minutes’ walk, which was very handy for topping up essentials. It was also a great base for exploring local beauty spots such as Beachy Head, Seven Sisters Country Park, Birling Gap, Cuckmere Haven, and Pevensey Castle.

Great B&B right on the beach front of Eastbourne. This is the second time we stayed in this place as we return every year for the Beachy head marathon and it’s perfect for that in terms of location and facilities. The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming and there is the option of a small early breakfast provided to you the night before which worked really well for us. We felt really comfortable right away and the beds are amazing. Can highly recommend this place.

Excellent , quiet, ocation as the beach and The Beach Deck restaurant was just 5mins across the coastal road which allows easy access to pier, Beachy Head and other sights. Town centre was also not far away. Breakfast was very good and our requests were accommodated without problems. Beds were very comfortable and my friend I both had 2 good night's sleep.

The managers were absolutely lovely, very friendly and happy to provide advice. We had the King Room with Sea View on the first floor and it was very clean and modern and had beautiful views. The continental breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. The hotel was away from the busy section of town, but everything is within walking distance and the beach is basically on your doorstep. It's not too far of a walk to the start of the Beachy Head walking track. Would definitely stay again.

I liked the whole very friendly, calm atmosphere created by all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The buffet breakfast was excellent. It offered a wide range of items to choose from. One evening I ordered a meal from the bar menu. On another evening I had a meal in the restaurant. Both meals were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The location is excellent. I was able to walk along the promenade from the hotel to Beachy Head and then to Pevensey Bay.

The walks along the cliffs around Beachy Head are suitable for people of all ages as the ground is gently sloping with no steep bits. Birling Gap and the Seven Sisters is very interesting as you can see how the coastline has evolved over the years. You can walk as far as you can see if you are feeling energetic.
