I was booked in marriot marable arch the room was very filthy so after check Inn at marriot marable arch I cancel my booking and last minute I book through booking. Com Royal Lancaster so when I checked Inn I told the to front desk manager my experience with Marriott marable arch he was so courteous he give free vouchers and I stay 4 nights and through out my stay the front desk manager Elgin was very coaprative to front desk manager I give 5 star

Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful decoration everywhere in the hotel, warm and cozy (we especially liked the breakfast room). Very confortable room and bed. We had a fantastic stay: thank you!

We loved our stay and the stuff and the location is the best. We were able to visit the city by foot and enjoy our long weekend !

the room was very comfortable. there was a mini fridge, tea, a coffee machine, and all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer. we were welcomed by hannah who was so lovely and amazing to deal with. fresh cookies were delivered to us shortly after we arrived. our bags were taken to our rooms and we could explore the area until check in, which was an hour earlier than stated! the bed was comfortable. the air con in the room was a life saver, kept us lovely a cool. overall, i could not recommend the bull & last more. we will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.
