Location was amazing, staff were sweet and fast. Toilet had a floor heating system. Rooms were clean, new and really good looking. Housekeeping were very corresponding whenever we needed anything. We got an early checkin and had a butler who was ready to help us with unpacking and any of our needs.

Simply lovely. I only picked it due to proximity to the swimming ponds so arrived with no expectations. I had a warm welcome from Joe and was made to feel very much at home from the outset. The food and service in the bar were superb. Nice touches such as the homemade cookies, fresh milk in the mini bar and premium toiletries left me feeling incredibly spoilt. I was also amazed how quiet it was - it really didn’t feel like London! Looking forward to retuning and staying a bit longer next time.

We were celebrating my 37 year old daughter's birthday. The Langham Hotel staff went out of their way to help celebrate this momentous event. They sent champagne, helium balloons, a fruit platter, a cake and a hand written card to my daughter's room.
