I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was really clean and well-maintained. It only took about 25 minutes by subway to reach the city center, and the bus station and subway were conveniently located just across the street. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The dude at the front desk was a rockstar, a solid 10/10. I highly recommend this place and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to London.

Location was good. I arrived to Loncon city airport and it is in a walkable distance or by bus in 14 min. I went for a conference at Excel centre. The underground station is also close at 5 min walking. The breakfast offered a great variety and was tasty

Amazing location with beautiful buildings around, while the surrounding area has plenty of markets and restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable, with a very good breakfast, and it's close to two DLR stations (Royal Victoria and Custom House). I would love to go back

With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.

Room was Small with no privacy in the bathroom when staying with a colleague. That's a big negative of Ibis. Good thing is they had room service every day. Location is excellent. If you are visiting excel this is the best location. Close to Metro Stations and grocery stores. Breakfast for Vegetarians is not great. Best to visit excel for breakfast, there are more options at Cheaper price. Staff at the restaurant is friendly. If you like the coffee there, they even allow you to come in the morning have a coffee n go, later come back for the breakfast. It's the best thing for someone like me, who likes to go for a morning walk. It was a surprise and delight.
