The bed was extremely comfy. I had a wonderful sleep. I liked all the facilities in the room. It was very well laid out.

travelled for early Mother’s Day with my mum for 2 nights. perfect location for getting in from Gatwick to Victoria, yet still quiet at night. rooms have a kitchenette - a brilliant addition if you get in late and want to have food delivered! drinking water provided via britta filter tap in the kitchenette. lovely large bathroom with good shower. comfortable bed. the staff could not have been more helpful (shoutout to Jason) - every request was facilitated and everyone just so friendly. my mum is a light sleeper and room 401 was super quiet. could not fault it and will 100% be back next time in London!

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful room, very comfortable bed, marvellous furnishings tastefully made and characterised by the perfection of the chronicity of its elements. Even the old style telephone!!! Exceptionally clean. Everything top, I loved it. I had only a little perplexity in finding the entrance, perhaps because it was evening and I was tired.
