Staff super friendly and welcoming, no question or wish was too much, they made us feel very welcome, both in the evening when we arrived and also in the morning for breakfast. Loved the interior design, great mix of old and new. Best shower ever, not often had such excellent water pressure in the UK.

Location short walk from Bristol airport terminal. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Room was very clean and spacious.
