The place is very beautiful and classic. If you are into these kinds of hotel themes, I definitely recommend it. Also, the staff were very helpful, polite, and professional, and I look for it in every hotel I travel to. The breakfast was nice too and delicious. My rooms were clean & tide. The services were great and fast, I asked for a room with a view & they provided quickly, this alone is enough for me to come back again to this hotel if I travelled in the future. Highly recommended 👌

I am a coeliac & having the allergy card system was brilliant for me. We also had dinner here but if any event on at the Ovo it would be advisable to book in advance as it gets busy. The staff were great (Alan, Pam & everyone in the restaurant were so helpful & friendly). Great variety at breakfast. The hotel had spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable beds & pillows with lovely views. Short stroll from the shops & Ovo.
