I am not afraid to say this is the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect, as you expect to see from the pictures. The experience is sublime, from the glass of Champagne at the Check In, to the room, the bar and beyond. Room was very gracious and a bit bigger if compared to London City Centre standards. Top quality facilities (from GHD hairdryer to the Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods and a beautiful Seletti kettle. Complimentary water and Coca-Cola (among other) are in the room at the check in. It was also very nice to find a handwritten card to welcome you in the room, which came along with some fresh macaroon. Staff is impeccable and they are there to fulfil every needing and wishes. Location is of course one of the top feature of the place (in less than one minute walking you're in Oxford Street). Will come back for sure.

Lovely, modern duplex apartment in a fantastic location, close to Kensington High Street and many great tourist attractions such as the museums, Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. The apartment was spacious and well kitted-out with all modern appliances as well as being warm and spotlessly clean. It also has an amazing large terrace area, which would be lovely in the Summer months.

Flat was in an excellent location, 2minutes from Kensington High Street with lots of amenities close by. The property was in good condition & very clean. Plenty of space for 4 people with the added benefit of an en suite with shower, so not all fighting over 1 bathroom! The owners checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable & all the pre-arrival information was clear & detailed.
