Hotel has free parking (first come first serve). Rooms were clean and decent. Free coffe and tea in your room. 5 minute walk to tube station (Elizabeth line) which takes you to city centre in about 20 minutes. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. Apart from a small buffet, you get an breakfast menu wich affers 5 or 6 different choices. I definitely recommend the Full English!

With a scenic waterfront setting, Holiday Inn London Brentford Lock is a 5-minute walk from Syon Park. Kew Gardens is 2.7 km away from the property.

The Double Beds in the Twin Rooms are fantastic, Bathrooms are a little dated now but clean, plenty of pressure for the showers, carpets are a little tired, but again all clean. Breakfast is very good, loads of choice, Bar is excellent, well priced. Car park is great although a little small, need to pre-book really to ensure a space. All the Staff are great at this Hotel, lovely friendly helpful people, nothing too much trouble, absolute pleasure dealing with them. I have stayed here a few times now; we will certainly be returning. Well done all.

The facilities, its staff are great. Breakfast is good however it would be better to have a different variety daily.

Room was excellent, great value for money. Very clean, reception staff were friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade on check-in. Bed was extremely comfortable.
