The location is perfect (for me).Its a classic hotel in a beautiful building. Very clean and smells nice. You well notice that from the entrance . The staff is very nice , friendly and professional. Great location, very close to Princes Street and to numerous buses (including a bus from/to the airport and hop on-hop off busses), restaurants, shops. You could also walk almost everywhere. The room was very spacious and clean and the bathroom as well! The shower was really spacious and hot water would come out almost immediately and loved it! The bed and pillows very comfortable! There was a complementary bottle of water and shortbreads each day. There was a coffee machine in the room and nespresso capsules, so you could make your own coffee at any time (tea was also available). The staff was polite.

The room was great overall! It had a good size and was very clean. The bathroom was the best part however (spacious with big shower). The room had a private garden, but it was cold and rainy during our stay, so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it. There was an electric kettle, coffee/tea provided, hairdryer. The hotel has a great location and is around 40 min on foot/ 20 min with the bus from the old town. Many small shops and cafes in the areas as well. The cleaning lady was very kind.
