Staff were great, room was lovely, super comfy bed and pillows. Great breakfast with lovely views to the sea. I used the gym and spa, only thing I thought was a bit naff was the tiny shallow pool but every thing else was wonderful.

Gosh what a great place to stay. The location was spot on, walking distance to the cobbled streets of Barbican and Sutton harbour. We stayed in room 2 ,the room itself was roomy for the 3 of us , Shower had plenty of pressure. Tea & Coffee facilities. The Hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We also thought it was great value , we would definitely love to stay again.

Stunning especially when with dog.

Stunning especially when with dog. Amazing for walks, seeing many memorials, the sensory garden is beautiful, fun with the Beetle Bums. Loved Smeeton's Tower, going inside was a highlight (no dogs allowed). The view of Drake's island. Everything ❤️

Food at all restaurants up here excellent. Chinese amazing but the best for drinks and stunning views is the Pavilion opp the Lido. The seafood platter was phenomenal and almost too much for 2 people.

We love the Hoe, not only dose it have beautiful views it...

We love the Hoe, not only dose it have beautiful views it has many places to dine & drink between the Hoe & Barbarcan . Love the history, the boat rides, aquarium along with the friendleness of all the staff working at the establishments we have visited over the years . We like to stay at the Duke of Cornwal near to the Hoe .

We had an upgrade to superior room overlooking Plymouth Hoe - it was lovely, and well worth the additional fee. We loved staying at the Plaza - much nicer that we had expected, plenty of character and a nice atmosphere. We will stay here again.

It was a cosy apartment...but not small. It was a lovely size with all of the facilities required for our stay. The location was wonderful...based in the old Plymouth Naval Hospital it was a secure and wonderfully quiet location. The walk to Plymouth Hoe was only 20-25 minutes or so.

Knew I booked a room with a sea view, was not expecting room to be a whole huge studio style apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, was only 10 min walk from the Plymouth pavilions where I was attending event that night and short walk to Plymouth Hoe where I visited after checking out following morning, was so sad to leave as loved every second of being staying there

Lovely little guest house really close to Plymouth Hoe. This is a budget stay but the cleanliness and the quality of the bedding and beds were superior to some much more expensive hotels we've stayed in. They even made beautiful oragami shapes from the towels. Highly recommend.
