All perfect. They offered me a room with a twin bed. Breakfast was great. Location is superb, in the city centre. I would definitely recommend and come back.

We liked the room size. We liked that there was free parking. The morning breakfast was very good. The hotel had been renovated and I understand from the other guests that we were in the newer wing. Staff was very accommodating. Everything worked and we were very pleased. We stayed 2 nights.

A very friendly feel to this hotel and a lovely welcome from the staff on reception, Paul, Ellie and Brenna. I had accidentally brought the wrong charging equipment for my phone, having travelled from abroad, and reception very kindly offered to charge my dying phone until I received the correct plug later that day! The decor was lovely, impeccably clean everywhere, comfortable rooms, and chilled drinking water, both fizzy and still, available free from water points throughout the hotel. I opted for the breakfast in the hotel and all I can say is Wow! Everything you could want from a breakfast buffet, served fresh and hot, everything clean, and again lovely staff - especially Deanna who made me feel very welcome. I also went down to the spa area. A nice sized swimming pool, two hot tubs, a steam room, and the hottest hotel sauna I have experienced - wonderful! And everything again was kept really clean. On my last evening I had a meal in the bar. Again another nice welcoming atmosphere. The food was good too and piping hot. Good service.

The location is excellent and the rooms were very tidy and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
