This property is absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The welcome at reception was warm and genuine, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. Both the dinner and breakfast were exceptional — delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms are charming and well-appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The gardens are stunning, and the outdoor heated pool is a true highlight — peaceful, relaxing, and a real treat. A fantastic experience all around.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff on reception. Comfortable room with quality duvets , tea/coffee facilities, and good shower with Dove cleansers. Good temperature control in room (vital) and excellent but firm bed.

Dating back to 1880, this fine Victorian mansion is set 15 minutes’ stroll from the centre of Bath.

Location and food were amazing. The staff went above and beyond for us. Asking how we are and helping us find places to go. Our bikes were dislocated and we needed a tool to tighten them. One of the staff come out with a tool box to assist. So sweet of them. Thank you!

I loved this Guesthouse and would stay again. The rooms are super comfortable, stylish and modern. There are coffee and tea facilities in the room but there is also a lounge area downstairs where one can have a beverage or just relax with a good book. The breakfast was served in a very nice dinning room and the choice was great - there is a buffet and egg dishes can be ordered. Parking is possible right in front of the house.
