Very well appointed room with very comfortable bed. There had been a problem with my initial reservation but the reception cleared it up very quickly.

Surprisingly cool. Breakfast large, coffe bar amazing and a cool terrace for sunset.

With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.

the room was the perfect size, we were on the 1st floor which I prefer, and the location was perfect for Elizabeth line & the Excel. Breakfast was great always enough, if not then quickly resupplied. could leave luggage safely & staff are so so nice... this to me is the most important!!

This 4-star hotel is 150 metres from the ExCeL Exhibition Centre and close to the O2 arena, Canary Wharf and London City Airport.

The staff were fantastic! We had some things we were in doubt about, and things we wanted to get sorted throughout our stay, and the staff at the reception were just so nice and helpful, and helped everything get sorted in a jiff. The hotel itself is also gorgeous, and the rooms were really comfortable and nice! It was a really nice surprise, that our room had both EU- and UK-type electrical sockets in the walls! The hotel's position right next to Excel was perfect for us :)
